Human authority first
Technology may assist with discovery, classification, analysis, simulation, and recommendation. Humans retain authority over purpose, access, interpretation, approval, action, and accountability.

- Soil: context and conditions
- Organisms: people, organizations, assets, animals, and systems
- Mycelium: relationships and hidden connections
- Water and nutrients: resources and capacity
- Habitat boundaries: privacy, policy, permissions, and authority
- Growth: outcomes, learning, and new value
- Stewardship: accountable human intervention
Everything can be represented as data. That does not mean everything should be collected, centralized, shared, or automated.
Core operating boundaries
- No silent deletion, overwrite, or irreversible action.
- No secret employee surveillance or behavior scoring.
- No unsupported legal, clinical, compliance, or regulatory conclusions.
- Uncertainty, provenance, and limits remain visible.
- Sensitive information is protected before external AI processing.
- People affected by a system should have meaningful opportunities to shape it.
